latest flash player plug in installed in your browser. Click
here to download the latest version.

If you are using our music in a TV or Radio production you can download the song free of charge simply by submitting an accurate cue sheet.
If you require a mechanical license for projects like Video Games, DVD presentations and corporate presentation just choose our "Mechanical License" option to pay for the license and access your WAVE file.
After you have successfully completed your online license purchase you can view your orders in "My Orders & Downloads". There you will see listed all of your orders with a "Status" column. If your status is set to "Pending" this is probably because you have chosen to pay for your license via telephone, fax or bank transfer. The "Pending" status will be upgraded to "Downloading" when the transfer of funds for your license is complete.
Customer paying for their license via credit card and Paypal should be able to download their files immediately after purchase. Simply click on the Order number text link to display all the details of your license. You will also see a "Download" link at the top of your order details.
The file that you download is a ZIP file which contains the WAVE files you need. PC users already have built-in capability to handle ZIP files but Mac users may require third party software to unzip the ZIP files. We recommend these app's for Mac users.

This is also sometimes referred to as a "synch"
license and it allows you to use a recording of a musical
work in audio-visual form: for example, as part of a film,
video, television program, commercial, tutorial.
The music is synchronized, or recorded, in timed relation
with the voice and/or visual images.

A public performance license is something that a broadcaster
needs in order to be able to legally broadcast copyrighted
music. The term broadcaster applies to TV or Radio station/networks,
music on hold systems, public exhibitions, in store music,
theatres. In most cases these types of organizations already
have public performance licenses in place but if your new
to the industry you may not be aware of the requirement of
a public performance license. These can be obtained from your
local performing right society. See our list
of societies nearest to you.

Cue sheets help to ensure that
the composer of the music gets their rightful share (or royalty
payment) of the broadcasting license fee paid by the broadcasting
companies.
Broadcasters always pays a set monthly/yearly
fee in performance royalties. When they broadcast a programme,
the same monthly fee applies regardless of whether or not
the composer is a member of a performing right society, and
regardless of whether or not cue-sheets are filled in.
By submitting cue sheets you are helping
to ensure that the correct composer gets his share of the
broadcasting license fee after the paper work is processed.
If cue sheets are not properly filled in, the fees are still
the same but unfortunately no money ever makes it's way to
the right composer. Instead, it is distributed as a generic
payment into a "surplus", most of which is distributed
to the more frequently played artists like Paul McCartney,
Michael Jackson, etc.
This is bad news for independent composers.
